The content was very interesting but ended abruptly. Quiz questions are poorly written.

A good overall course on business management. I'm a business owner of a 20 year old architectural consulting firm and many of these topics resonated with me. The later part of the presentation felt more like a sales pitch for the software than an in-depth discussion of what KPI's might be important and how to develop a process to discover them. We use a number of solutions to find out how our business has grown over 20 years - at the moment we've grown from 1 employee to 16 employees and increased our revenue from $120k to over $3MM, and improved profitability every year, paid good bonuses and pay our employees at or above what the market appears to pay, based on salary surveys we have access to. Plus we have increased our benefits package to that of what some larger firms pay, all while having an unlimited time off policy which many employees say they really appreciate. Many of these other metrics weren't even mentioned but they are key to understanding how your business fits within the ecosystem of other similar businesses to attract and retain employees. Which we have found to be even more important than chasing an exact billable rate for each employee. If you don't have happy employees, it really doesn't matter what the other metrics say.

I've been in business for 40 years. And I have to say that I believe that this course was close to worthless. I would not recommend it to anyone else and quite honest. I think you should be embarrassed that you offer it.

This was a very good speaker and an interesting topic

Good information and reminders to a business's goal. Great for the leadership and less for the employees. So when the markets slide, the other aspects of business kick in and there are layoffs and firings. Good for business. What would be good with the management software is a super small firm or individuals access to the software at a good price. See if you can simplify it, if it has not been done already. A comprehensive start-up software would be great. A good seminar. Thank you.

It seems there was some choppy editing - more time could have been spent on Strategic Growth, and it ends abruptly. Also, one of the early exam questions confuses "necessary" with "sufficient". Feels like a bit of a sales pitch at the end. Otherwise nicely done.
